"We had an awesome experience with Tar Heel Construction. They replaced our roof under a tight timeline and from start to finish they were professional, informative and friendly. We got several quotes and they were very reasonably priced, especially for the quality product they use and the level of customer service they provide. Their crew was on time, efficient, and everything went as expected on installation day. They were very thorough when it came to the clean up. I think the best review though was when I told another roofing company that we were going with Tar Heel and he said "wow, you're getting a great deal!"

The team was highly familiar with local HOA requirements, making the shingle color selection a breeze. The new roof looks outstanding, the project was completed right on schedule, and the crew cleaned the area thoroughly. Additionally, the final price came in below my researched estimate for the area. "I hate to make it about money but let's face it, money matters. Tar Heel was 30%+ less expensive and the job was outstanding. I noticed two small things I was concerned about (me nitpicking) they came back and not only took care of it they also fixed a small piece of vinyl soffit that was hanging (nothing that was caused by them) Going forward they will be my first and only call."

On the day of the roof install, Tristan was very nice and kept me informed at each step. If I hadn't seen the crew on my ring camera I swear I never would've known they came, except for the great looking roof of course! My front and back yard was spotless! I have a Labrador and I can't tell you how much I appreciate your attention to detail, not a speck of roof material! "From the first meeting with Brian until the second clean up, the entire process with Tar Heel Roofing was professionally handled. They even submitted my paperwork to the HOA for approval. The team arrived on time, extremely professional and courteous and worked non stop and completed the task in one day. To me, the mark of a good contractor is how they leave the site. The area was protected as the work was being done and left the area perfect. A bonus was Brian's visit the next day to run the magnet through again to make sure no nails were left.
